Poster abstract submission

Abstract deadline: 18 September 2015

A poster session of all accepted posters will take place during the meeting. 

Additional talks which have been selected from submitted abstracts will be added to the meeting programme. All attendees, particularly researchers in the early stages of their career, are invited to submit a poster abstract for consideration as an oral communication.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
The maximum number of words allowed in your abstract body is 250. Please note that author details will be added on the final page of the submission process (do not add your author list or affiliation details to either of the fields on this page). The preferred method for submission is to type your abstract straight into the online submission form, or alternatively paste the text from a word-processed document.


The Genetics Society Autumn Meeting 2014 will take place at the Royal Society.

At the meeting
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all attendees and will be included in the registration fee.

Evening meal

There will also be an optional dinner which will take place on 19 November at the Ruby Blue restaurant. If you would like to attend this dinner, please ensure you select this option during the registration process.
Dinner is 3 course meal with wine.

Conference Grants

Grants up to £150 are available for travel and essential overnight accommodation costs (but not for registration cost) to attend the meeting.

PhD and undergraduate students are welcome to apply  upon joining the Society.
