Constitution of the Genetics Society

The Constitution of the society was first adopted on the 22nd March, 2002, with subsequent amendments approved by the Annual General Meetings of 30th March 2006 and 30th March 2007, and the Charity Commission.

The Genetics Society Bylaws were most recently ammended in May 2008.
